Stelle dich kurz vor / Bandvorstellung

Klaus: Hallösche, bin der Klaus ,der Leadsänger ,Oldtimer ,Texter und mitzuständig für die

Musikproduktion. Kümmere mich bei EVO-LUTION auch um alle grafischen Arbeiten.

Micha: Hallo ich bin der Micha und bin für die Technik sowie für die Produktion Mixing und Mastering bei EVO-LUTION zuständig. Live auf der Bühne spiele ich die Drums sowie Bass Gitarre. Backingvocals

Björn: Ich bin der Björn, “Kueken, Synthnavigator und Chaot von Evo-Lution. Ich bin seit inzwischen mehr als 10 Jahre als Musiker in der Szene aktiv und bereichert die Band am Keyboard und den Backing Vocals. Nebenher bin ich außerdem für das Senken des Altersschnitts in der Band zuständig.

Wann und wie bist du zur Musik gekommen?

Klaus: Bei mir sind es auch schon über 30 Jahre 😉 glaube seit 1989, angefangen mit ein Yamaha SY22

Micha: Musiker bin ich seit über 30 Jahren. Angefangen hat das Ganze im Jugendalter mit der ersten Punkband über Crossover bis Metall etc.

In der Szene gestartet bin ich 98 mit meiner damaligen recht erfolgreichen Band nCor

Björn: Ich bin durch meine Onkel schon in jungen Jahren auf Szene Festivals wie dem Mera mitgenommen worden und somit in die Szene hinein gewachsen. Selber auf den musikalischen Schaffensweg bin ich durch einen Job als Tontechniker bei einer Liveband aus Hannover und als Live Keyboarder bei Desastroes (2013-2016) gekommen.

Lebst du / ihr von der Musik hauptberuflich?

Wenn Nein, welchen Beruf übst du ihr aus?

Klaus: Ich bin Einkäufer & Lagerleiter bei einer großen Brandschutzfirma in Deutschland

Micha: Hauptberuflich bin ich Servicengeneer für Medizinische Großgeräte der Radiologie

Björn: Nein, davon Leben ist leider noch nicht möglich. Aber mit meinen Gigs als DJ kann ich mir neben meinem Hauptberuf als Bürofutzi ein gutes Taschengeld dazu verdienen.

Wie entsteht ein Song? Erst die Melodie, oder erst der Text?

Klaus: Eigentlich entsteht erst die Melodie, obwohl ich mich da gar nicht festlegen möchte.

Micha: Meistens gibt es zuerst die Melodie bzw. Song und danach entsteht der Text

Björn: Da gibt es für mich keinen festen Ablauf. Mal so mal so. Die Muse kennt keine Regeln.

Was ist deine / eure Inspirationsquelle?

Klaus: Alles was Kracht macht !

Micha: Musikalisch sind es die elektronischen Klanglandschaften

Björn: Das Leben. Einflüsse sowohl positiv als auch negativ kommen durch das erlebte.

Nach welchen Kriterien wird die Setlist zusammengestellt?

Aktualität der Songs, Spaß Faktor und was unsere Fans lieben.

Was bedeutet für dich Musik?

Klaus: Musik ist wie die Luft zum Atmen, ohne geht es nicht!

Welche Musik hörst du privat?

Klaus: Bin ein Kind der 80s und viel EBM Mucke 😉

Micha: Fast Alles.

Björn: Aktuell Primär Metal, Metalcore, Rock, Mittelalter und Rockabilly

Gibt es musikalische Vorbilder?

Klaus: Kraftwerk ist definitiv dabei !

Micha: Vorbilder gibt es von meiner Seite aus direkt nicht

Björn: Ja die gibt es.

Introduce yourself / Band introduction

Klaus: Hallösche, I am Klaus, the lead singer, oldtimer, lyricist and co-responsible for the music production.

Micha: Hello, I’m Micha and I’m responsible for the technology as well as for the production mixing and mastering at EVO-LUTION. Live on stage I play the drums and bass guitar. Backing vocals

Björn: I am Björn, “Kueken, Synthnavigator and Chaot of Evo-Lution. I’ve been active as a musician in the scene for more than 10 years now and enrich the band on keyboards and backing vocals. I’m also responsible for lowering the age average in the band.

When and how did you get into music?

Klaus: I’ve been playing for over 30 years 😉 I think since 1989, starting with a Yamaha SY22

Micha: I’ve been a musician for over 30 years. It all started in my youth with my first punk band, then crossover, then metal, etc.

I started in the scene in 98 with my then quite successful band nCor

Björn: My uncles took me to scene festivals like Mera when I was young, so I grew into the scene. I got into music myself through a job as a sound engineer for a live band from Hanover and as a live keyboardist for Desastroes (2013-2016).

Do you live from music full-time? If not, what is your profession?

Klaus: I am a buyer & warehouse manager at a large fire protection company in Germany

Micha: My main job is service engineer for large medical devices in radiology

Björn: No, unfortunately it’s not yet possible to make a living from that. But with my gigs as a DJ I can earn a good bit of pocket money alongside my main job as an office clerk.

How is a song created? First the melody, or first the lyrics?

Klaus: Actually, the melody comes first, although I don’t want to commit myself to that.

Micha: Usually the melody or song comes first and then the lyrics are written

Björn: I don’t have a fixed process. Sometimes like this, sometimes like that. The muse knows no rules.

What is your source of inspiration?

Klaus: Everything Kracht does!

Micha: Musically, it’s the electronic soundscapes

Björn: Life. Influences, both positive and negative, come from what we experience.

What criteria are used to put together the setlist?

Topicality of the songs, fun factor and what our fans love.

What does music mean to you?

Klaus: Music is like the air we breathe, we can’t do without it!

What music do you listen to in your private life?

Klaus: I’m a child of the 80s and a lot of EBM music 😉

Micha: Almost everything.

Björn: Currently primarily metal, metalcore, rock, medieval and rockabilly

Are there any musical role models?

Klaus: Kraftwerk is definitely one of them!

Micha: There are no role models from my side directly

Björn: Yes, there are.

Klaus: Impatient, precise, glass is half full person, orderly and hater of unpunctuality!

Micha: Technically inclined, good-humored party maker & workhorse

Björn: Deep black humor, passionate cook, whisky and wine lover, nerd and always has something to complain about laughs
